Brivis, Bonaire and Braemar showing Error/Fault Codes?
"Reset the Gas Ducted Heater or Contact a Licensed Type A Service Technician & why?"

- DON’T RISK IT; ONLY LICENSED TYPE A GAS TECHNICIANS SHOULD SERVICE GAS HEATERS.
- If your gas heater won’t turn on and you see an unfamiliar number on the thermostat, that’s an Error/Fault Code indicating a potential component or operational failure.
- Resetting the unit or turning off the power won’t fix the issue and may damage other components. Fault codes can disappear in 3-star systems, complicating the diagnosis for a technician. Forcing the heater can lead to costly repairs.
- Call a licensed Type A Gas Technician ASAP.
- ONLY RESET the unit if there’s been a power surge, recent gas work, or you just moved in with the power off.
- For assistance, contact Coco Heating and Cooling.
